Welcome to Thumbo. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Service Description

  Thumbo allows users to create viral-quality YouTube thumbnails quickly and easily. Users purchase credits which can be used to generate thumbnails at a rate of one credit per thumbnail.

• Credit Usage and Ownership

  Each credit grants the right to generate one thumbnail. Generated thumbnails are stored for 30 days from the date of creation. During this period, users may access and download their thumbnails. After 30 days, the images may be removed from our servers.

• Refund Policy

  Users are entitled to a full refund if requested within 7 days of the credit purchase. Please contact us using our support chat to request a refund.

• User Information

  We collect user data including name, email, and payment information to process transactions and provide the service. We also use cookies to enhance user experience. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

• Governing Law

  These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
